FULLY RESTORED MECHANICALLY & COSTMETICALLY:
1. Perform leak down test on engine to test compression.
2. Pull carburetor, take apart, clean in Sonic Carb Cleaner (Only
applies to Carbureted carts)
3. Pull fuel injection system, clean and inspect (only applies to EFI
carts)
4. Remove gas tank and clean any dirty gas from inside the tank
5. Change engine oil, spark plug, gas filter and air filter
6. Change rear axle oil
7. Readjust the intake and exhaust valves to hit correctly.
8. Pull clutch, inspect the weights, spring, and bearing.
9. Test the voltage regulator.
10. Inspect drive belt and replace if necessary
11. Inspect starter belt and replace if necessary
12. Inspect all four wheel bearings and replace if necessary
13. Inspect throttle cable and change if necessary
14. Inspect brake cable and change if necessary
15. Install mechanical brake switch
16. Replace front and rear roof struts with new struts
17. Replace seat pads
18. Replace battery
19. Replace rocker panels with new
20. Replace floormat with new
21. Replace dash with new
22. Replace cupholders with new
23. Wire brush brake and gas pedal to look new
24. Install Jakes Heavy Duty rear springs (only golf carts that receive
backseats)
